Informa’s Total Mail Room solution leverages the processing power of OPEX mailroom opening/sorting/scanning solutions and the high accuracy of A2iA’s CheckReader ICR product to provide a system that is capable of turning paper payments into usable and accurate data in an extremely efficient manner. Combined with Informa’s ImageQuest electronic document repository, the Total Mail Room system is a complete solution for capturing payment transactions, balancing payments to bills, archiving documents, and, most importantly, providing instantaneous deposit of funds. All in a single, automated step. 

The Total Mail Room ensures that all paper transactions are processed quickly and accurately with as little human intervention as possible. Once payment data has been acquired, it can be safely submitted to backend payment processing and accounting systems. Additionally, electronic deposit data files are created for submission to the bank. Scanned document images are stored in the ImageQuest document repository and are automatically indexed for easy retrieval later, making research much easier than ever before.
