Search results show count but no documents in the grid
Logfile from client shows:
ERROR Informa.ImageQuest.Client.Program System.InvalidOperationException: This BackgroundWorker is currently busy and cannot run multiple tasks concurrently.
at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.RunWorkerAsync(Object argument)
Close out of IQ Desktop
Delete the registry key below on the client for IQ
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Informa Software\ImageQuest\Client
Then start IQ Desktop
